Clients have the option to be a prepaid or postpaid user.

Prepaid Users
Prepaid users may pay via the Collateral Registry’s online payment portal (i.e. Mobile money and Visa/MasterCard) or pay into the Collateral Registry Income Account (A/c no. PL 52433) at the Banking Hall of the Bank of Ghana Head Office or any of the regional branches before accessing the Registry’s services.

Postpaid Users
In order for a postpaid user to access the Registry’s services, a representative bank of will have to officially give the Collateral Registry the mandate to debit their account at Bank of Ghana on behalf of the postpaid user.

Users of the Registry shall pay the following prescribed fees:

Searches	GH¢10.00
